The Mobile ML55 has long been an industry leader. However, Mobile has improved its most popular truck and is proud to introduce the new MLX55.

The MLX55 features the same durability and versatility while adding an additional foot release mechanism, a unique pump piston dust cap, an improved bell crank design, and incorporates one piece reinforced forks to provide greater strength.

This truck provides exceptional maneuverability and rolling ease and features computer welds and a powder coat paint finish making it as aesthetically pleasing as it is functional.

FEATURES:

Frame: Rugged heavy duty frame constructed of one-piece formed double C-Channel steel. Robotic welds and reinforced gussets and frame offer light weight strength. Reinforced bulkhead header provides strengthened piston seat.

Forks: Reinforced one-piece forks provide additional strength. Solid tapered fork tip design provides increased strength and allows easy pallet entry.

Hydraulic Pump: Leak proof with overload capacity, the maintenance free pump features a hard chrome plated lift cylinder & piston, quality polyurethane seals & wipers, and an easy to remove cartridge design. Mobile has added a unique Pump Piston Dust Cover to prevent damage to the top seal from dust and debris. New additional foot release pedal provides operation versatility.

Handle: Tapered for greater strength, the spring-a-matic handle returns to the upright position automatically.

Pump Stroke: Features a full 90 degree top to bottom stroke – requires 13 strokes to raise the forks to the maximum lift.

Pivot Points: Mobile utilizes self lubricating high impact bushings and lubrication fittings at all pivot points for improved maintenance capabilities.

Helper Rollers: Features 6 helper rollers for easy exit and entry of pallets.

Control Handle: The cushioned universal control handle has three position (raise/neutral/lower) fingertip control. Ergonomically designed for right or left handed operators and free of pinch points.

Steering: Featuring 200 degree pivot action for greater maneuverability with 7″ polyurethane wheels, sealed bearings and “Ball-Thrust” steering. Articulating axle allows for level transport of loads on uneven floors.

Load Rollers: Features 2.9″ polyurethane rollers with sealed bearings.

Push Rods: The adjustable push rods allow for individual adjustment capability of either fork height.

Bell Crank: Featuring an improved design, the ductile iron cast bell crank offers maximum strength.

Hangers: The one piece hangers are constructed of ductile iron cast for greater strength and longevity.
