5 Benefits to Using Rider Pallet Jacks

Instead of walking behind your traditional pallet jack, the rider pallet jack allows the user to stand on a platform in back or middle of the truck. There are several benefits to using rider pallet jacks:

1 – Distance

If warehouse workers are required to haul inventory over a large warehouse a rider pallet jack is beneficial. Since your employee is riding along the jack rather than behind it your workload can increase.

2- Filling Orders

The rider pallet jack can easily ride through each aisle of a warehouse creating ease and simplicity when picking orders.

3 – Heavy Loads

Although traditional forklift can handle most heavy lifting that is necessary in a warehouse, using a rider pallet jack provides a cost-effective alternative.

4 – Visibility

Rider Pallet Jack operators have clear, unobstructed view of what is in front of them. This is a significant safety benefit and can reduce accidents.

5 – Going Green

Since most rider pallet jacks are electrically powered your company’s carbon footprint is lessened.
