When purchasing metal storage cabinets you will often see that the come unassembled, set up, or all welded. Here is an explanation of what those metal cabinet assembly terms mean.
Unassembled: This means the metal cabinet is shipped, but it has not yet been put together. Hardware is provided by the manufactured. Unassembled metal storage cabinets typically cost less and involve less shipping costs.
Set Up: This means the storage cabinet has been either bolted or riveted together at the factory and ships fully assembled.
All-Welded: The cabinet is has already been assembled using welding techniques. The cabinet arrives requiring no assembly.
